Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at HeadroarHats.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

Standard orders (in-stock items) are typically processed within 1–3 business days

2. Pre-Order Items & Timelines

Items labeled as "Pre-Order" are not currently in stock and are subject to unique shipping timelines.

  • Estimated Shipping Dates: Each pre-order item will have an estimated shipping window listed on its specific product page. These dates are our best estimates and are subject to change based on production and transit.

  • Updates: We will notify you via email if there is a significant change to your pre-order’s estimated ship date.

3. Mixed Orders (Partial Shipments)

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order items, we want to get your gear to you as soon as possible.

  • Split Shipping: We will ship all currently available items in your order immediately.

  • Pre-Order Fulfillment: Any remaining pre-order items will be shipped in a secondary package as soon as they become available.

  • Shipping Fees: You will only be charged for shipping once at the time of checkout. Any additional shipping costs incurred by splitting the order are on us.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email each time a portion of your order ships. Each email will contain a unique tracking number so you can follow your hats' journey to your door.

6. International Shipping, Customs, & Duties

HeadroarHats.com is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages & Lost Packages

HeadroarHats.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
